Article 1 – Definitions
For the purpose of this Convention:Article 2 – Right to live free from violence
Every woman and girl has the right to be free from all forms of violence, which right is indivisible from and interdependent with other human rights and fundamental freedoms.Article 3 – Scope

States Parties shall enact and enforce national laws that ensure a victim-centred approach and effective access to justice and security for victims, including:Article 13 – Collaboration and cooperation

Article 16 – Signature, ratification and accession
Article 17 – Entry into force
